Is there any facility or guidance to repairing a corrputed
repository? I had a process die while indexing an object and that
left a file in a bad state (EOF error). Fortunately montezuma is fast
enough that I can still re-index in less than a minute, but was
curious if there was any facility or at least guidance for recovery as
the site content grows.
