Good Meeting last Thursday

If you didn't attend the October meeting at Beth and John's you missed
a treat.
Andrew Fort from the Hoover Beautification Board was the guest
speaker. Andrew is "passionate about litter". Seriously he is chairman
of the anti-litter campaign for the city of Hoover. He is also John
and Neysa Fort's son and grew up in Monte D'Oro.
He is doing some great things to keep Hoover as litter-free as
possible. Don't be surprised if you throw trash out your car window
when you get a letter asking you not to do it again. The Anti-Litter
campaign includes grafitti too.

Speaking of which -our front entrance seems to be a target for litter.
I picked up a sackful Friday.
