Thank you Eileen for sending the letter to Jon. I surely hope he prints it.

The City has known for a long time that the apartment managers and owners like renting to hispanics because they pay promptly and in cash. That they allow so many to inhabit the apartments is another thing, since only one name appears in the rental agreements.

We have asked the City repeatedly to please not forget about this end of the city and it saddens me to say that they apparently have. All improvements seem to be in the area to the west.

Maybe we need to follow up on your suggestions in a month to see if any action has been taken.
