Hey, this is Christmas, with two lovely very short heartwarming funny plays done by our local beloved Pegasus theater company, here at the Russian River out in California. They were done creatively ,socially distanced, and beautifully produced. They are uplifting, guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, and lightness to your being. I hope they bring some joy and fun to your day today. 

     Hope you all are well and thriving, and staying safe, masked and washing hands and not touching your face. We need all of you to survive. Someday soon I hope we can all see a Pegasus production together again, and do all the activities together we miss. Meanwhile, enjoy these two sweet, lovely plays

Popcorn and Pajamas Like most Sonoma County theater companies, Pegasus has been unable to present indoor plays this past year due to the COVID pandemic. When it looked like our annual Tapas New Short Play Festival would be another victim of the pandemic, Darlene Kersnar, a veteran Pegasus director and actor, took up the challenge of safely turning 2 of the Tapas plays into videos, which we are now making available to you. Now you can curl up on your couch in pajamas or sweatpants, pop some corn, and watch these videos at your leisure. Aunt Velma Considers Changing Religion Noel Yates and Adrian Dillon-Kopf A comic ten-minute solo chat by an elderly Catholic woman in small town northern Michigan, who shares her front porch musings with a visiting ten-year-old nephew. Aunt Velma Considers Changing Religion runs 17 minutes and is available on YouTube at https://youtu.be/10BkbU0Qxuo Turtle Shopping Lois Pearlman, Jen H.L.S. and Noel Yates This play follows a family's soup recipes from grandmother's 1900 Atlantic crossing to the soups made by her daughter and granddaughter.
