So anyone have any news?

I would like to discuss fences if anyone wants to. Also maybe putting
together a block party this summer. I wouldnt mind getting to know
everyone a little better.

Also gardners -- anyone have a good one?

Jonathan is a gardener who works on several houses on Mountain between
BT and Pinewood. He's a great guy and does good work for us. Let me

Hey Mike,

I'm not sure I'd call him a gardener, but we're pretty happy with
Ramon, who comes twice a month to do landscape maintenance on our yard
and Shannon's yard. He's good at weeding, trimming, raking, etc. Very
affordable. He's over every other Friday morning if you want to ask
him for an estimate. His English is so-so. Let me know if you want his
number.

Block party sounds good...do we count as part of the block?
