2017 update

Hello everyone,

In lieu of a 2017 working group meeting of the Montana Prairie Dog/Black-Footed Ferret Working Group I had promised to send a summary of work that's occurred recently.  Please see the attached for information on Sylvatic Plague Vaccine research efforts in Montana, ferret restoration by tribes, Wildlife Services dusting work, recent publications, and more.  Please let me know if I've missed anything after which I will send out a revised version of this summary.  

We can discuss the need for an in person meeting next spring as interest requires. 

Hope everyone is prepared for what appears to be a very early winter.  What happened to Fall?
