Welcome and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on reportband.gov.
You have been asked to participate in this study conducted by Jaime Dalbke, a graduate student at the University of Baltimore in cooperation with the U.S. Geological Survey Bird Banding Lab. Dr. Lucy Holman is the supervising faculty member for this study.
You are being asked to participate because you used reportband.gov in the past or you have found a posted link to this study.
The purpose of this study is to assist the Bird Banding Laboratory in redesigning a more user-friendly and effective product (reportband.gov) by gaining an understanding of the needs of the users of the application.
The study will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is comprised of multiple choice questions. Your responses will be kept confidential and will be used for res earch purposes only. Your name and email address, if you choose to provide them, will never
be reported in any of our findings, or associated with any answers you provide.
You can choose whether or not to participate in this study. If you choose to participate, you may withdraw at any time. If you have any questions about the research, you may contact Jaime Dalbke at
