Mamlambo

Allegedly, a creature "half horse, half fish" that inhabits the Mzintlava River in the Mount Ayliff area of South Africa.

The beast has been said to be at least 20 meters (67 ft) long, with short stumpy legs, crocodilian body, the head and neck of a snake, and to have a hypnotic gaze. Furthermore, it supposedly glows in the dark, emitting an eerie green light. This exotic creature is blamed for the death of at least seven people, and several animals, including livestock. According to the locals, it kills by dragging its victims underwater, drowning them and subsequently sucking their blood and brains out. For this reason the creature has been also called "Brain Sucker.
