We have removed the option to directly upload to YouTube. We are looking to reintroduce a new and improved YouTube upload feature in the future. You can still render your scribes to Video locally or via sho.co for MP4 and upload to YouTube manually.

However, it seems that the current "recent scribes" can only hold up to 20 scribes at a time and it discards the rest. What kind of a mechanic is this? I use a lot of custom images and I require having multiple (30+) scribes ready to be used at a moments notice. Why so many scribes you might ask? This is the only way I can see which scribe contains which image due to the scribe "zoom out preview". Loading up "online scribes" every time I need a new image is not feasible as I do much of the work offline. Surely there's a way around this?

The limit on recent scribes at the moment is 20 but I have passed your feedback onto the team. You may want to raise this specific point in the feature request forum so others who feel the same way can vote for an increase.

When you say you are loading other scribes to get to custom images are you using copy and paste to get images out of old projects into new ones? If that's the case can I suggest putting you custom SVGs into a sensible folder structure on you machine and then importing them via the Image Library when needed. You can set Windows up so that you can see your images in the Explorer window rather than just the logo for your SVG Illustration programme - -svg-images-in-windows-file-explorer

I understand that you wanted to make the new iPad version simpler but some features I believe are still needed to create a acceptable scribe one of these features for sure is setting the camera this gives the overall scribe some type of fluid movement .Without The ability To set the camera it limits the creative ability of the app.

My 7-day free trial just ended and I upgraded to Pro. I am trying to save my scribe before exiting the free version and opening the new and it will not allow me to do so. It will let me save a .scribe file but the "save scribe" option doesn't work and I'm prompted "Go Back Without Saving?" Will my scribe still be there once I exit and restart the Pro version?

VideoScribe is software for creating whiteboard animations, as well as many other animation styles, automatically. It has remained popular with its subscribers for enabling the creation of animated video content with few skills or prior knowledge required.

UK Chancellor George Osborne narrated a scribe to explain the Spending Round on the British Government website in June 2013.[5] The following month, VideoScribe was recommended on the BBC News website.[6]

I want to install a custom font (see attached file). We also used that font in versions 3.6 and lower of Videoscribe for our animation video's, but since I installed a 3.7 version of Videoscribe I can't install our custom font anymore.

We like to have the same style of all our video's (incl. fonts), so hopefully this custom font will still be possible to use in Videoscribe (I already created a lot of video's in the newer version of Videoscribe with a different font (I thought later I still could change it with our custom font), which means that I can't install an older version of Videoscribe anymore because I can't edit the latest video's in that version).

Hello i have downloaded the latest version of videoscribe which is 3.5 but i have found the oldest version that us 2.1.2 to be more easy to use and has more features can you please guide me to find the old version 2.1.2

Hi Hayley and Mike - there is no longer a download page - only the download link in my account page which is only for the latest version. I need the previous Mac version before you changed font handling to be able to edit text in an existing scribe for a revision a client has asked for. I'd ask why this is not easily accessible from the website as it just makes more work for you and introduces unnecessary delays for users like me.

To Videoscribe the company - downloads should be accessible via a downloads page from the front page of the website. I would have to be some kind of clairvoyant to know that the downloads section sits under the Summary tab of my account page. It's obtuse.

Couldn't agree more Mike - well said. I do like Videoscribe, but being a reasonably proficient user of After Effects I see so many areas they could improve. Especially adding a timeline and keyframes for timing would make things so much quicker and more intuitive. Still - suggested it before and don't think it's ever going to happen.

Thanks to Videoscribe I have made a number of whiteboard videos. They are very funny and people get attention. I have made videos to explain how something works in the company, also to demonstrate a new product and many times a dedication to my parents or a relative. It is too easy to use and its features are very good. Without a doubt VideoScribe is one of the best softwares I have used.

Video is the #1 marketing tool, is proven to increase the speed of learning and is used by over 80% of companies to grab attention on social media. VideoScribe is the leading whiteboard explainer video software that is easy, quick and inexpensive to use. www.videoscribe.co
