Yep, H1 uses font from theme settings.
In this case if you need to add custom font, after import font you need to add some css code to make it works.
If you need to help, please give me store access, then I can login to your store to check and help you fix it.
So, Stiletto has badges preset for SALE and SOLD OUT, then custom badges (attached in the screenshot). Sold out lets you change the background in the theme settings, but all of the other badges only let you change the font colour! Thanks
