Hi...any ideas for getting the old barn down safely and cheaply ?  Marge Sheridan

Hi Marge,
Best and cheapest is to give it to the fire dept for a controlled burn and practise. I am also asking around.

Hi Marge,
   While a fire dept. controlled-burn would work, perhaps you could also find someone who would just dismantle it for the materials.  If you do arrange for a tear-down, be sure you have liability insurance coverage.  Building dismantling can be dangerous.  If someone ever got injured while doing it, you might get sued.
