Halloween Celebration?

I'm wondering if our town ever does anything for Halloween. When I was growing up in Veazie, there was a group of parents that put on a kind of Halloween fair at the town hall. Each parent or community member ran an activity, and there were baked goods and a costume contest. Really nothing fancy at all, but a good way to get everyone together for some fun.
We're planning on dressing up as a family of frogs this year, but I'm not sure where we'll be hopping to yet.

To the best of my knowledge, many families trick or treat in Brooks or go to Cedar Street in Belfast due to ease of walking and proximity of houses.
Good suggestion below . . . but many folks are busy, busy with school and . . .
