Senior Software Engineer, C# / .NET / MonoTouch
Location: Needham, MA
Grasshopper is seeking a professional Senior Software Engineer with a proven
track record of delivering robust, maintainable code utilizing professional
best practices. Our culture is demanding, our expectations are high, and our

Areas of extensive professional experience that you must have include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET 4, and MVC – You’re not a self-taught hacker, you’re a disciplined Engineer.
- Mobile application development experience for iPhone, preferably using MonoTouch. Android experience a plus.
- API development experience.
- Experience with IoC containers and Dependency Injection frameworks (Castle Windsor, Structure Map, etc.).
- Unit testing expertise, and a commitment to building testable code.
Some personal traits that will help you succeed include:

- An ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in order to help craft clear requirements, understand the business needs framing your work, and communicate those needs to the technical team.

- Prior experience with telephony systems a plus.
