Problem with monoslam =(

Hello! I found some problems in monoslam. =( I don´t know what happen.
Some one have the same problem?

After compile in VS2005, without errors or warnings, i started the
application.

In "Recorded Images", the "video" was display in booth image panels,
but nothing more happen. The button "Begin Traking" not change to
"TRAKING", stay as a button, even i click.

In "Camera Mode", i select a camera, similar that used in project, i
see again the booth images in image panels (in this case i see the
left image with color and the right image in monochrome). When i try
calibrate the camera i not see in the right image the four green
crosshairs. It´s not show. =( And again, when i clicked at "Begin
Traking", just was show "TRAKING" for less one second and the button
return again.

Some one have a idea what happen?

Some Suggestions:
1st,calibrate your camera and put the instrinsic parameter into the right place in the codes.
2nd,these code Bob give have some error in it, as far as I know, the quaternion mulplication function is wrong, you can find it yourself:).
3rd,the extended kalman filter is modified by Bob which is different from Davison's orginal codes, you can compare these things and correct it.
