Some Suggestions:
1st,calibrate your camera and put the instrinsic parameter into the right place in the codes.
2nd,these code Bob give have some error in it, as far as I know, the quaternion mulplication function is wrong, you can find it yourself:).
3rd,the extended kalman filter is modified by Bob which is different from Davison's orginal codes, you can compare these things and correct it.
