• Disaster Recovery (ASR)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) – IL
Type: CTH

Must Have:

• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Mgmt, Service Mapping)
• ITAM (HAM/SAM, License Compliance, Asset Lifecycle)
• Workflow configuration, SLAs, dashboards
• Monitoring tool integrations
