Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant to support end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP TM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP TM, integration with other SAP modules, and experience working in complex logistics and supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions to support transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide customized SAP TM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and other modules, including SAP S/4HANA, EWM, GTS, and Finance.
- Manage Carrier Selection, Tendering, Freight Costing, and Charge Management.
- Develop and maintain transportation planning strategies, including route optimization and freight consolidation.
- Provide expertise in Freight Order and Freight Booking Management, Event Tracking, and Settlement Processing.
- Lead testing efforts, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP TM functionalities.
- Deliver training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP TM functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), including configuration and implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP TM on S/4HANA with end-to-end process knowledge.
- Experience with SAP TM-EWM, TM-GTS, and TM-FI integration.
- Proficiency in transportation planning, freight cost settlement, and carrier collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP TM Certification is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP TM solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for TM user experience enhancements.
