That's meant as an observation, not a decree.

But if I _were_ about to consider the fate of one of our small number,
I wouldn't have a public election about it, especially one conducted
by a non-moderator. I'd just DO it.

So far, I haven't bounced any non-spammy members of this or the
sibling Yahoo group. Over in the Yahoo one, one guy DID do a few too
many quittings-in-rage, and I refused his last attempt to re-join.

Of course, these are both pretty small groups.
