Skeptiles? Cool. I'll check it out.

My immediate mental image from that word was an M.C.Escher graphic of
interlocking reptiles; in other words, "tiled" as on a mosaic. So maybe
if somebody could come up with a lizardesque icon meaning skeptic, that
could be tiled similarly. (One style of tiling is "monohedral," so you
can see why it piqued my interest.)
