Achievements:
Verify remaining cases where I'm unsure about the correct behavior:
- Reserve -> Fault -> Consume [DONE]
- should consumeToAccept reserve? [DONE]
- concurrent Reserve and Offer with BroadcastBlock [NOT DONE]
- MaxNumberOfGroups with consumeToAccept [DONE]
- handling multiple exceptions [DONE]
Objectives:
- verify that concurrent Reserve and Offer with BroadcastBlock works correctly
- add documentation to internal types and private members
