Achievements:
- Rendering HtmlControls with their internal HTML string; [DONE]
- Parse control tags for events attributes and assign the to the component; [DONE]
- Toolbox implementation; [NOT DONE]
- Tracking ClientIds *
Objectives:
- Populate the Toolbox and consume dropped controls in the designer surface;
- Context menu in the designer surface.
* the RenderControl method doesn't change the generated tag's id attribute, so tracking the clientIds in the designer surface is not necessary
