- Polish BlockingCollection and ConcurrentDictionary
- Implement Partitioner and OrderedPartitioner

- Made the transition from System.Threading.Collections to System.Collections.Concurrent
- Implemented a bunch of new stuff for ConcurrentDictionary
- Worked a bit on the collections test suite
