ACHIEVEMENTS
* Created initial implementations of Format-Table, Out-Host, Out-
String, Out-File, stubs for the rest of the Out-* and Format-*
cmdlets. Created FormatElement object that is a converted from a
PSObject with format information taken from Format-* cmdlets.
* Added color support to Out-Host.
* Couldn't finish a working Format-List, but began work it.
NEXT WEEK OBJECTIVES
* To get all the Format-* and Out-* cmdlets done completely
* To get a full implementation of PSObject finished
* To at least start good work on the improved Pash parser
