Final A&O - Visual Studio Tools

This summer, I've accomplished:

-Test in Mono works; it can run applications locally under whatever
the current Mono version is.
-Local XSP2 test works; you can test ASP.NET apps locally.
-Test in Gendarme works to test a VS project against Gendarme.
-Remote App Test works, allowing you to invoke an application on a
remote Linux system and X-forward it to the local workstation (using
Xming).
-Remote Web Test works, allowing you to launch a website on a remote
system for test invocation.

All of these are functional in an External Tools form; the add-in is
still in progress and I plan to finish it, and the documentation,
after GSoC 2008 ends.
