Unit Test Coverage Tool - Status Report #12

Completed many tasks to enhance my tool.

1. Finished major refactoring of code in support of the following
changes.

2. Used the CodeRank weighting to create a new metric for frequency.

3. Enabled the application to be run in batch mode (without needing a
GUI).

4. Enabled the ability to write custom plugins for collecting data and
making reports.

5. Enhanced Result UI to colorize the results based on coverage value.
