[bittorrent tracker] status

hi,

Alan finally found a bug which was stopping me from further testing.
Great news is that the Tracker is now working with BitTorrent
and hopefully many others. I fixed a lot of bugs and introduced some
client specific handling (eg. Azureus wants an answer after he sends
me an Stopped event ?!? and the parameters need to be in order
to get accepted by Brams client).

Next week will be more testing.
