Hi!
I tried to build Paint.Net with Monodevelop 1.0 beta (0.16).
Everything compiles fine, but Paint.net says at the beginning that
there are missing resources files (PaintDotNet.Strings.
3.DE.resources, ...), and that i should run pdnRepair.exe. I did so,
but no change. So the only thing i see from Paint.Net is a
MessageBox :-(

Where are the resources-Files located?

Thx

For some reason for me it wouldne work either, although Paint.Net sources from their website failed to compile for me on a windows system as well :S

I had the same problem when attempting a build this weekend.

If this port is in a working state and major distributions have a new
enough mono to run it, it would be great if someone could build the
current source and place the result online for potential testers to
download.

Did you guys follow the instructions as detailed on the paint.net page?

Remember, currently the port is aimed at being built on Linux, the
Windows support has probably not been maintained.
