Hey folks,

Rick requested that I clearly state that this was not Paint.NET,
so I changed all the strings that reference this on the source code,
and replaced the icons (per his request).

Ideally we would merely end up with a SystemLayer.dll to replace
in the "real thing", but just in case someone wanted to repackage this
we had to do this.

I think it is better to re-brand then because most distro's want to
patch it a little and they would stll have the rebranding issue (like
mozilla debian) ;)

Yeah.   It is now on SVN.
