CXXI Fork with better MSVC Support

Hello, I just wanted to post to let anyone interested in checking out my fork of CXXI on github. It has many improvements for MSVC support contributed by Steve and myself. Currently the fork passes all unit tests on Itanium and MSVC ABIs.

If anyone has any tests that they could submit, I will add them so we have some good oversight as to what still needs work.
