Simple Nested View and controller not working

shows my code. I cloned monkeybars-core and tried the Nested-Simple
example in my environment and it works fine running in Netbeans
7.0.1. But, my code does not. I just can not find my problem. I've
looked in the java. I've looked in the ruby. I've changed so many
different things. What am I missing? I know it is going to be
simple.

Env:
Jruby-1.6.4
monkeybars-1.0.5
rawr-1.4.5

Designer: Netbeans 7.0.1

The code is a real scaled down version of the orig. I have multiple
panels that I can add to the main frame's light_panel. I scaled it
way back to figure out what is wrong and the UI and it still locks up
when running in Netbeans.
