Hi,

I installed Monkey Studio on my laptop at home (Linux OS) and started using it to practice and learn PHP.  I created a simple index.php file.  I selected Run from the Interpreter menu and was able to run the file successfully.

I also installed Monkey Studio on my PC at work (Win 7 OS), but here "Interpreter" is not showing in the Menu at the top of the screen.  How am I supposed to run my files if this is missing from the Menu ??

How do i get the "
Interpreter" menu item to shop up on my Windows PC ???

Thanks,

Hi,

If i recall correctly, you have to create / open a project so the interpreter menu is visible.
Also, make sure php plugin is activated in the plugins dialog manager.
And of course, install php and configure the plugin accordingly correctly.

Ok, cool.... that worked :)
Instead of just creating a new file, I created a new project and then the Interpreter menu became available.

Thank you !!!!!
