Hi sean and all,

Thank you for having this list.

I am linda knight and my husband and I along with our guide dogs live in new port richey fl.

I have a Cat. No. 20-522 PRO-92 500-Channel

Portable Trunking Scanner.

I bought it second hand and I have the user guide.

I enjoy listening to it, but I don’t know how to program in it. <smile.

I listen to the different police calls and it amazes me what goes on in this county.

I am looking forward to getting to know yall and to learn.

Linda:

Great to have you aboard. I can't really help much with the Pro-92 as I skipped that model & went directly from the BC245 to the Pro-93. However, I'm sure we can figure out any questions as they come up for you. So, feel free to ask away.

Hi Linda,

Welcome aboard! I live in Dunedin, Fl. Not too far from you. I do own a pro92 but haven’t used it in quite some time. I’ll need to do some playing around with it to figure out how to do trunked programming again, but it wasn’t’ too hard to set up for basic operation. Is your husband sighted, or blind? It is easier to program the radio if you are sighted. I managed it without vision, but it was a laborious process with mistakes made but lots of learning. I do have the user guide in contracted braille format (.brf) file if you wish to have it.
