Driver for USB Cable

Hello , I now have the software for my GRE 410 on my computer and
yesterday the USB cable I ordered came. My understanding is that I need to
install a driver for the cable. When I insert the CD nothing happens and
there's no help file. Any ideas as to how I install the cable drivers.

Glen:
The driver is best I can remember is on the disc which came with it. There
are several different files on that disc. When you insert the disc the files
should come up. Install the driver file, it is a long serious of numbers but
is clearly marked as the driver. I also think you can download the driver
from GRE's website. I'll look here in a minute & see what I can find & see
if I can send it along to you.

Heyya Glen:
Here you go. Check well down the page on this website. I'm not sure which
driver you need as I'm not sure whether you have windows 7 or before.
However, they're both there. Let us know if you have any more difficultly
with installation or the operation of the software.

Hello Sean, thank you for the come back. I have a CD that came with the
cable. Should I use the disk for the driver download.I went to the web site
you mentioned and there are many downloads on that site.

I'd use the download off of that site. The drivers are clearly marked, the
1st driver which is marked is for windows 7, the following one is for all
other versions of windows. All the drivers are the same it's the difference
in software.
