Trovate in fondo un invito a un webinar sui nuovi portali nazionali open data sui fondi strutturali.

Si parlerà di OpenCoesione (interviene anche Carlo Amati) e monitoraggio civico (io).
Il caso francese mi sembra interessante anche per investigare le interrelazioni tra generazione dei dati (il loro sistema di monitoraggio è spesso citato tra le migliori pratiche) e pubblicazione dei dati (portale unico).
Per quanto riguarda il portale della polonia, in particolare, sarebbe molto interessante capire la genesi e il progresso delle funzionalità di raccolta feedback (commenti, foto..) da parte degli utenti per ogni singolo progetto. E' qualcosa che in Italia è principalmente demandato alla società civile (es. l'operazione Monithon), ma che potrebbe/dovrebbe essere anche promosso direttamente dalle amministrazioni.
Qui invece la presentazione di Monithon che abbiamo fatto con Francesca De Chiara (FBK Trento, GovLab NYU e OKFN Italy) su invito dell'Università di Berna.
