However, we were quickly able to locate the account/subscription in question based on your name and email address. This subscription was not canceled prior to today which is why it continued to renew and you were charged. Cancellations are easily done through the settings of the Mathway account or by contacting our customer support team via email. The subscription has been canceled and will no longer renew. Mathway customer support can always provide immediate assistance with any billing questions or account concerns by contacting Mathway via email. Upon review of your account it appears there were declined transactions for an automatic monthly renewal and then a purchase of a new annual subscription. This resulted in two active subscriptions (monthly and annual). The monthly subscription has been canceled and a refund issued for the payments that took place during the annual subscription plan. The refunds for February - July will post to your account in 2-5 business days. The monthly subscription will no longer renew. The annual subscription is set to expire 2/17/2023. Mathway customer support has been able to locate two subscriptions under the name provided. It appears you registered with Mathway using two different email addresses, on two different dates, which is why you were being charged twice. Mathway customer support can easily identify this information and provide a resolution if you simply contact our Customer Support department! We never received any contact from you regarding the billing issue which didn't allow us the chance to resolve any issues you were having with your account.
