Failed to start mongoose (Windows 7, mongoose_php_bundle)

Hi - for information:

Got the package, worked fine... played about a bit...then it didn't work.
On starting mongoose.exe all I got was an info dialog: "Failed to start mongoose".

The answer was Windows Firewall.

We had a power outage after which Windows silently re-enabled its firewall which caused mongoose to fail.

Hopefully this'll save someone else tearing their hair out for an hour or so ;)
