How to get mongoose to run index.html ?

Hello & Thanks ,

WIndows 10 x64 , Just downloaded mongoose & binary AND started mongoose-free-6.1.exe .

How do I get it to run my index.html ? 

I tried just dropping index.html onto mongoose-free-6.1.exe .

Also tried running this :

http://192.168.1.65:8080/file:///C:/Phaser/phaser-2.4.4/DownloadExamples/phaser-examples-master/examples/arcade-physics/asteroid-movement/index.html 

But still nogo .

I need help .

1. Put mongoose executable into C:/Phaser/phaser-2.4.4/DownloadExamples/phaser-examples-master/examples/arcade-physics/asteroid-movement/ 
2. Run mongoose
3. Point your browser at http://192.168.1.65:8080
