Ever since I upgraded from 3.6.9 to 3.6.11 I get there mongo connection errors.
[Error: failed to connect to [95.82.131.229:27017]]

The machine is on Windows server 2012 and I also have one error on installing mongoose from NPM-could this be caused by the compile error? Or does it look more like a Mongoose bug in this version?

The driver was updated between those releases - may be related to that.

If you have an installation error it might be a duplicate of this ticket: https://github.com/mongodb/node-mongodb-native/issues/978 You may want to leave feedback there if you're having trouble.

As for connection issues, if you can reproduce, please open a new driver ticket and post your steps so that the issue can be triaged.

Oh I have installed VS2010 service pack 1 and the compilation error is gone and it also seems that even the connection issue is fixed, but thanks for your reply anyway! I will report the bug if the connection issues appears again.
