Proper ReplicaSet Configuration and Question about Write/Read Direction

Hi,

I've got three MongoDB instances running right now:

• A Master node -- 0.0.0.1:27017
• ReplicaSet #1 -- 0.0.0.2:27017
• ReplicaSet #2 -- 0.0.0.3:27017

I haven't been able to find solid documentation on what the proper configuration looks like for setting these three hosts properly -- preferably with just a hash and not an external configuration file .  Also, I was wondering if MongoMapper had support for sending writes to the master node, but reading from the replica sets.  

Any help on this would be awesome.
