New Data Needed PLEASE!

Hey team, 

So those of us working on the publication are looking for a more precise measure for the level of EITI subnational reporting implementation. As such, we would ask that you all take the time to answer the five question and input the score on the google drive (DATA ANALYSIS-final.xlsx - owned by Justin Kwan). If any clarification is needed, we can provide that tomorrow in class. 

1. Does this country have a stated plan for SNR (Yes/No)
2. Has there been any action taken towards SNR training or information workshops (Yes/No)
3. Is there any financial autonomy of Provincial/Subnational Governments? (Yes/No)
4. Has there been any legislation implemented with regards to EITI SNR? (Yes/No)
5. Has there been a document issued by your country with SNR data? (Yes/No)
