Hey team, 

So I think the paper is starting to look amazing! Just one quick note. Like Jocelyn mentioned, there is an inconsistency in citations with the part specific to Mongolia - (Economist 2012) needs to be fully cited in a footnote, etc. Other than this, I like it a lot and look forward to seeing it published in the journal! :)
