Mongolian Mining Journal asks to publish our EITI ppt

Hi all!

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful summer.

Last week I received an email from Mining Journal of Mongolia requesting to publish our EITI ppt on their magazine. I think it is a great idea, but I want to check with you if it was possible.

I should also ask the SDIMI conference organizers, I think. Just in case.. There is another conferece we plan to present the ppt right? Stephanie? Should we ask them if it can be published?

I haven't heard anything from the conference in Toronto but I don't think there would be any problems. I plan to send an email this week to the conference contact asking for an update.

I made a few changes to the powerpoint Bulgan and I used for the presentation we gave at the Sustainable Development In the Mining Industry (SDIMI) conference and wanted to share a copy with you.  This version includes a short report on our Mongolia trip and incorporates a few of the suggestions we received from our Mongolian audiences.

Hi Everyone,

The slides look great! Glad to hear that things went well at the SDIMI Conference. 

I think after we submitted the paper we were waiting for feedback from both Julian and Dirk before proceeding with the publication. I also noticed the marks are still not up on SSC so maybe there is a delay? If anyone has any updates, please let the group know.
