default manager addition please?

Hi, I'm using MongoEngine with Django's class based views (with custom forms) and it's working great.

But to do that I have to add new_class._default_manager = manager in TopLevelDocumentMetaclass (see https://github.com/hmarr/mongoengine/commit/bfcbc5679d4d82f4280e0eb575df12ca6b62fdd1)

So I have to manually edit base.py every time I do a pull. 

Waiting for the Django-MongoEngine project to be available, would someone be nice enough to add this line in MongoEngine base.py so I don't have to edit the file again and again? That would make my day. Thanks!
