I'm trying to migrate my db to a M5 Instance.
When i start the procedure and validate the inforation, i got the message:
Success! We were able to connect to your source cluster. All set for migration!

After this, i try to "Start Migration" and in a few seconds i will have this message:
could not perform initial sync because the following collections exist on both the source and destination: SI.attendedRegions SI.cutoffTimes SI.installationBaseAgenda SI.installationBaseSpecialties SI.installationBases SI.installationLimiters SI.installationServicesSalesChannels SI.productEligibilities SI.products SI.regions SI.salesChannels SI.services SI.specialties Please remove these collections from the destination or run mongomirror with --drop.

But in the destination i don't have this collections because this istance is a new one. I have only the database in this destination.

How i can solve this problem?

Thanks

Hi Bruno,

This is because you cannot select an M0 (Free Tier) or M2/M5 shared tier cluster as the destination for live migration. Try with M10 instances or higher. See more information on Live-Import: Considerations

Note that you could also open a support ticket via Cloud Support if you have any questions on migrating to Atlas. This will create a private Atlas support ticket along with the information of your Atlas cluster group. Please see Migration Support

Regards,
Wan.
