unable to set up backup using opsManager

HI,

I have a sharded cluster created through OpsManager. All hosts have backup/monitoring/ automation agents running. I am trying to configure backup of my sharded cluster. As per docs the starting point is BackUp tab under Admin where it is suppose to take me through the process. What i see there is a message "No backup daemons found" Can i do this through OpsManager? There is a link which takes me to the documentation. I am lost there. Can some one give me a direction to achieve this?

Hi Harin

Ops Manager is part of MongoDB Enterprise Advanced edition which is a commercially supported product. If your organisation/company already has a commercial subscription I would suggest to open a case in the Commercial Support Portal. They would be able to provide you with the support required to set up backup through Ops Manager.
