Mongodb-wiredtiger columnar store

Does Mongodb3.0 support columnar store on wiredtiger storage engine ?

What do you mean by columnar store? MongoDB stores data as documents, not as rows in a table, and it does not enforce schema. What is a column in this context?

Madhu:

Not, not at the moment. WiredTiger has many capabilities and we are
going to be working through in the future determining which will be
helpful to support the features MongoDB has (or will have) on our
roadmap.

This applies to many Wired Tiger capabilities - MongoDB would have to
add the capability in the DB layer in order to be able to take
advantage of the storage engine capabilities. The same would go for
other storage engines.
