MongoDB Reactive Streams Java Driver: Is there a way to share MongoClient instance between Mongo JavaDriver and Aync driver

I am trying to use MongoDB Reactive Streams Java Driver. I would like to use both synchronized and asynchronized communication with MongoDB depending on specific functionality. Is there a way to share MongoClient instance between Mongo Java Driver and Reactive Driver?
