NHibernate is an OR/M specifically designed around relational databases.  Since MongoDB is not a relational database, it would be very difficult to implement a MongoDB adapter for NHibernate.

However, we do support mapping from documents (records) to objects.  I would start be reading the quickstart here:  http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/CSharp+Driver+Quickstart to get up and running.  There are some other tutorials at the mongodb site for .NET you can read once you are going.
