Hello,
My client has bought MongoDB account on https://cloud.mongodb.com. He uses Cloud Manager. A while ago he removed his credit card. Now, the MongoDB servers aren't running. I attached a screenshot from the servers page. I always see that the status is unknown. The port 22 and 27000 are not responding for connections.
Is there a way to get the servers running back again ?

I think the best way to help you with this is for you to open a support ticket via the "Support" link in the lower left of the Cloud Manager UI. This will help protect your deployment's configuration information and make it much easier for us to discuss the specifics of the issue. Thanks in advance!
