Problem with URL connection string

I was able to connect with no problem with my old connection string (for development DB):

1. mongodb+srv://user:pass...@cluster0-r92qb.mongodb.net/local_library?retryWrites=true

I can't connect with my new string (for production DB):

2. mongodb+srv://user:pass...@cluster0-ua7mc.mongodb.net/local_library?retryWrites=true

The two strings are identical except for `r92qb` vs `ua7mc`, and the two databases are configured identically as far as I can tell.  I can't figure out why the second one doesn't work.

The log dump shows that you’re receiving TransientTransactionError which is an error relating to multi-document transaction.

If you’re having an issue with the URI, make sure that you have configure the whitelist entries.
If you’re having transaction error, please provide:

• MongoDB Node.js driver version
• Example snippet relating to transaction
