Ops manager with service now

Is it possible to integrate mongodb ops manager monitoring service with service Now ?

If an alert comes can we raise incident in servicenow through that ?

Hi Viki,

I'm not aware of any specific integration between MongoDB Ops Manager and ServiceNow, but Ops Manager does have support for generic webhooks as an alert destination. See: Manage Alert Configurations.

If ServiceNow supports incoming web hooks (or you can create a custom endpoint that creates a ServiceNow incident), you should be able to integrate Ops Manager alerts.

We are planning to use snmp with netcool agent to create incident in servicenow.

Is that possible?

If yes, what is the procedure for that

For SNMP configuration please refer to the Ops Manager documentation: SNMP Traps and Ops Manager Severities.

Since Ops Manager is licensed as part of a MongoDB Enterprise subscription, if you are using this in production you should be able to raise a Commercial Support case for further support.
